A family-run vineyard and winery in Horam, East Sussex, Hidden Spring pours its tastings in a purpose-built tasting room.
The Horam vineyard in East Sussex was established in 1986, converted to a campsite in the mid 2000s, and replanted in 2015 with over 24,000 vines of five varieties across 13 acres. Hidden Spring is family-run, with its own winery on site as well as its vines.

A guided tour walks the vineyard and winery before a tutored tasting. A self-guided Wine Flight of five wines is available without booking.
