Kerry Vale Vineyard

Kerry Vale Vineyard

Kerry Vale is a family-run vineyard on the Welsh border in Shropshire, with a café, shop and wine tastings, on a site with a Roman past.

Russell and Jan Cooke bought Kerry Vale from the Ferguson family in February 2020, ten years after the family planted the first of what are now 6,500 vines. Four varieties grow across 62 rows — Rondo, Pinot Noir, Phoenix and Solaris — trained on a Double Guyot system, their combined length running to nearly 13 kilometres.
