Limeburn Hill Vineyard

Limeburn Hill Vineyard

Limeburn Hill is a biodynamic vineyard in Chew Magna, Somerset, making natural pét-nat, amber and dessert wines and spirits, with visits by appointment.

Robin Snowdon and Georgina Harvey planted their first vines at Limeburn Hill in 2015, on a south-facing slope above the Chew Valley where the mists rise off the lake and the weather comes in from the Mendip Hills. Robin had worked as an architect and landscape architect, Georgina in documentary-making for the BBC before retraining in landscape architecture herself. Johanniter and Sauvignac were added five years later, bringing the vineyard to eight varieties across two fields.
