Otium is a single-estate vineyard above Selborne in Hampshire, with seven converted farm cottages to stay in and vineyard visits by appointment.
Otium takes its name from the Roman idea of ex labore, otium: reward after work. Andrew and Emily chose Hampshire for its vineyards after visiting producers such as Hattingley Valley and Black Chalk, then planted Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier above the village of Selborne in 2021.
