Sedlescombe Organic Vineyard

Sedlescombe Organic Vineyard

Sedlescombe Organic is a biodynamic-certified vineyard near Robertsbridge, East Sussex, founded in 1979, with a café, cellar-door tastings and an on-site cottage.

Sedlescombe Organic was founded in 1979 by Roy Cook on 22 acres in the Sussex countryside, and has followed organic and biodynamic principles from the start. Its wines are certified by the Biodynamic Association UK. The building where the wine is sold, put up in 2018, is built from reclaimed materials, heated by a ground source heat pump, and washes its toilets with grey water harvested from its own roof.
