Spring Hollow Vineyard & Winery

Spring Hollow Vineyard & Winery

Spring Hollow is a family vineyard in the Teifi Valley, West Wales, making still and sparkling wine from organically grown grapes. It has cabins to stay in among the vines.

Spring Hollow is Wayne and Sally Campbell's small vineyard in the Teifi Valley, in West Wales. It was planted by hand on south-facing slopes, where sandy soil lies over slate and shale. The estate says it follows organic and biodynamic principles and is aiming for the most natural wine it can make. Weeds under the vines are kept down by mowing, without chemicals.
