St Hilary Vineyard

St Hilary Vineyard

St Hilary Vineyard is a small vineyard near Cowbridge in the Vale of Glamorgan, growing Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier for still and sparkling wine.

St Hilary Vineyard is the project of Peter and Liz Loch, on a hectare of sloping vines at Glebe Farm outside Cowbridge in the Vale of Glamorgan. Peter spent three decades running a small chain of family pharmacies before retiring into vine-growing. Liz came to wine from a career in the gas industry, by way of growing organic fruit and vegetables. Both have since taken WSET Level 2 qualifications with Distinction.
