Olly Smith at Westwell: Death by Noir
18:00–20:00

Westwell Wine Estate
On the North Downs in Kent, Westwell makes low-intervention wine — from traditional method to col fondo and amphora — with the cellar door doubling as a gallery of the estate's own artwork.
Named Best Innovative Sparkling at the WineGB Awards 2024.
Adrian Pike bought Westwell in 2017, after years running the record label Moshi Moshi; his wife Galia, also from the music industry, paints and draws the vineyard's labels and the artwork on the cellar door walls — vine wood under a microscope, tractor trails mapped across the site, stages of the winemaking process abstracted into pattern. The cellar door itself looks straight onto the winery, tanks and amphora standing alongside the paintings.
Open Fridays 12-9pm, Saturdays 11-5pm and Sundays 12-4pm; walk in for wine by the glass or bottle, cheese and charcuterie, no booking required. Visits outside these hours are by arrangement only.
