Daws Hill Vineyard
Daws Hill Vineyard
A small family vineyard and winery in Radnage in the Chilterns, making traditional-method sparkling wine aged in converted stables, with booked tours.
Daws Hill Vineyard was founded in 2004 by Nigel Morgan, a former orthopaedic surgeon, on the family farm of his partner Sarah in Radnage, in the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The two had moved to France in the mid-1990s to restore old houses, and on their return they set out to bring a little of France back with them. In 2016 Nigel's daughter Holly Morgan came home, after living in Ibiza, France and Argentina, to take the vineyard over.
Cellar door tastings
Tastings come at the end of a booked public tour, guided by one of the tour guides through the sparkling wines. Tours pause over winter, and private bookings are arranged by email. The site offers no walk-in tastings.

Daws Hill Vineyard, Town End Road, High Wycombe, HP14 4DYGetting there
The lane from Stokenchurch to Radnage runs about three miles down a steep hill and turns single-track between high hedges at the bottom. The vineyard is at the end of a tarmac bridle path of about 400 yards, on the right just after the large green hedge of White's Farm. At the white house at the end, the road to the right leads to parking in front of the barn, and the vineyard is in the second set of stables.
