Everflyht

Everflyht

Everflyht is a single-estate vineyard on 10 hectares at the foot of Ditchling Beacon in the South Downs, making English sparkling wine.

In 2010, Sam and Ben Ellis were on holiday in Thailand when an Icelandic volcano's ash cloud grounded their flight home. They flew the other way instead, to Perth, and drove through the Margaret River wine region. They found land in Sussex within two weeks of getting home, and put the first vines in the ground in 2016.
