Lavenham Brook Vineyard

Lavenham Brook Vineyard

Red Poll cattle, pasture-fed sheep and a small vineyard of Bacchus and Pinot Noir share the same ground at Lavenham Brook, a mixed Suffolk farm on the River Brett.

Cows, sheep, bees and vines share the same ground at Lavenham Brook, a working Suffolk farm where the sheep double as the vineyard's groundskeepers, grazing between the rows along with the farm's water meadows and clover leys. The vineyard itself sits on a south-facing chalky slope above the River Brett, planted with 10,000 vines of Bacchus and Pinot Noir.
