Marlbank Vineyard
Marlbank is a one-acre Pinot Noir vineyard on the marl soils of the Malvern Hills, hand-tended since 2021 by its owner, Jeremy, alone.
Marlbank is a single acre of Pinot Noir, 1,540 vines hand-tended by one person, its owner Jeremy, on marl soil washed down from the Malvern Hills that he compares to Burgundy's. The ground grew apples and pears for cider and perry well into the 20th century before he planted it in 2021; the grapes now go to Three Choirs Winery to be made into a Blanc de Noirs, a sparkling white pressed from black fruit.
No walk-in tastings: visits are arranged by email or phone with the owner, Jeremy, and take the form of a walk through the one-acre vineyard with a glass poured at the end.
