Minerva Wine

Minerva Wine

Minerva's first vintage, a limestone-grown sparkling wine from Corston near Bath, was made by Emma Rice of Hattingley Valley.

In 2011, on a trip to Beaune, Burgundy, Emily remarked that the soil looked very similar to her family's farm in Corston, near Bath — land she farmed herself, the third generation to do so. The resemblance became Minerva, a vineyard on the limestone hills south of the city.
