Sunnyhill Vineyard

Sunnyhill Vineyard

Sunnyhill is a small organic vineyard in Horspath, Oxfordshire, run by winemaker Ilir, whose family have made wine in Albania for generations.

Ilir learned to make wine watching his family in Albania, and planted Sunnyhill's vines after moving to England more than twenty years ago, on a south-facing field that gets sun the whole day. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir go into a traditional-method sparkling rosé, and Rondo makes the red; the rest of the planting makes white wine.
