The Dell Vineyard

The Dell Vineyard

The Dell has grown wine on farmland worked by the same family since the late 1800s near Raglan, with a cellar door open most summer Saturdays for wine by the glass and a free self-guided tour.

The Dell farm has been in Dan's family since the late 1800s, and Lucy and Dan, a husband-and-wife team, are the fifth generation to work the land, near Raglan in Monmouthshire. The vineyard itself is a recent addition to that farm: they planted the main block of Pinot Noir and Solaris in May 2022, followed by Souvignier Gris, Cabernet Noir and Pinot Meunier in spring 2024, across five acres of the land the family already held.
