Yotes Court
Yotes Court is a vineyard around a Grade I listed manor house in Kent, with a walk-in cellar door, self-guided tastings and a Chelsea-designed garden.
Yotes Court is built around a Grade I listed manor house dating to 1656, restored by owner Susannah Ricci from a run-down state after she bought the property in 2008. Its 20-acre garden was relandscaped by Tom Stuart-Smith into four walled areas, including a nuttery and a cutting garden.
Self-guided flights are poured in the Wine Barn or out on the Paddock Lawn, no booking needed, Wednesday to Sunday from April to October. The same offer moves into the Tasting Room on Friday and Saturday afternoons through November and December.
Self-Guided Wine Flight
On Stan Lane from West Peckham, the signed vineyard entrance is on the right. From the top of the lane it is a sharp turn left. Drive past the spotty barn and through the white gate, then follow signs to the Cellar Door. Swanton Road is very narrow, so the site advises Seven Mile Lane, Mereworth Road and Forge Lane. The Manor House entrance on Mereworth Road is not the vineyard's.
