Four cold-air drain fans, installed under a Leader grant, protect Burnt House's vines on frosty nights. The family-run vineyard sits on a south-facing slope outside Stowmarket, growing Bacchus, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Gris under what it calls sustainable vineyard practices.
