Lyme Bay Winery

Lyme Bay makes English wine, mead, fruit wines and spirits near Axminster, Devon, without a vineyard of its own.

On the edge of the medieval Shute Estate, in the East Devon National Landscape, Lyme Bay makes wine without a vineyard of its own. It works instead with a network of growers across the south of England, chosen each season for the best fruit.

Samples from the range are available to taste on request, and bottles can be bought in the Cellar Door shop. A longer Gold Guided Tasting, through seven wines with nibbles, runs on selected days and must be booked ahead by email or phone.
