Sompting Estate Vineyard (Titch Hill)

Sompting Estate Vineyard (Titch Hill)

Sompting Estate is a family-run farm on the West Sussex Downs, growing vines on a chalk slope above Sompting's Saxon church.

The Crofts and Tristram family have owned Sompting Estate for over 250 years. In 2022 they took Titch Hill Farm in hand, the first time the family had farmed the land in that history.

Cellar door tastings

The only tasting described follows a tour of the vineyard and winery led by the winemaker, Sam, and is held in the interim winery space on set dates that are booked ahead. Events are on hold while the winery is rebuilt.
