Woolton

Woolton

Woolton is a family farm near Canterbury with its own vineyard and cidery, a fourteenth-century barn housing a kitchen and cellar door, and walk-in wine tastings.

Woolton has been farmed by the Mount family for over a hundred years, and The Barn — a fourteenth-century barn at the heart of the farm — has been at the centre of it since 2020, when a coffee shop grew into a kitchen, shop and cellar door for Woolton's own wine and Kentish Pip cider. The fruit for the wine comes from a single vineyard on the farm, and the wines carry Wine GB's PDO status.

Cellar door tastings

Walk-ins can sit in The Barn any time during opening hours for a self-serve flight of five wines on a tasting tray, no booking needed though advisable for larger groups. Flights cannot be redeemed on event weekends.
